Starting therapy is an investment in your time, your energy, and your well-being. If you’re unsure whether it’s “worth it,” that’s okay. You’re allowed to be curious. If it feels helpful, we can talk through any questions or hesitations during a consultation.
Rates
$180 for a 50-minute individual session
$215 for a 50-minute family, parenting, or relationship session
Longer (80-minute) sessions are available upon request; please reach out for more details. I also offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots using an honor system. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free Consultation I offer a free 20-minute consultation to help determine if we’re a good fit. During this time, we can:
talk briefly about what’s bringing you in
explore what you’re looking for in therapy
answer any questions you may have
It’s important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. If I’m not the right fit, I’m happy to help connect you with someone who might be.
Insurance I do not accept insurance. Payment is collected at the time of each session. However, I can provide a receipt (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits prior to starting therapy.
Location & Availability I’m based in Austin, TX and offer both in-person sessions and virtual therapy for clients across Texas.
