Clinical Supervision

Being a therapist is an incredible responsibility and truly one of the coolest jobs.
It’s also a long and sometimes overwhelming process to get there. With nearly 10 years of counseling experience, I’m excited to offer LPC supervision to provisionally licensed therapists working toward full licensure in Texas. My goal is to provide a space that feels supportive, honest, and grounded as you navigate your 3,000 hours.

My Approach
Supervision with me is a balance of:
  • education
  • guidance
  • support
  • and encouragement
This is a space where you can ask questions openly, build confidence in your clinical work, and develop a clearer sense of who you are as a therapist.

My Background
My experience is primarily in private practice. Before opening my practice, I worked in a group setting, and most of my clinical work has been in similar environments.
Because of this, I’m often a strong fit for associates who are:
  • working in (or hoping to work in) private practice
  • navigating referrals, networking, and building a caseload
  • figuring out their niche and professional identity
At this time, I do not have supervisees working under my practice. However, I’m well-connected and happy to help you explore opportunities with clinicians and practices I know and trust.

What to Expect
Supervision includes weekly one-hour meetings, as required by the Texas State Board.
We’ll meet in both individual and group settings, creating space for both personalized support and shared learning.

What We’ll Focus On
Supervision is tailored to you, but often includes:
  • Case consultation and clinical decision-making
  • Building your therapeutic voice and confidence
  • Boundaries and self-care
  • Navigating burnout and sustainability
  • Developing your niche and identity as a therapist
  • Marketing, networking, and building a caseload
  • Understanding board rules and maintaining your license

The Process
3,000 hours is a significant commitment. While the minimum timeframe is 18 months, most clinicians complete it in closer to 2+ years.
Because of that, the supervisor/supervisee relationship matters.
It’s important that you feel supported, respected, and able to grow throughout the process. Finding the right fit is a big part of that.

Investment
$350/month
This includes weekly supervision meetings and ongoing support.

Location & Format
I’m based in Austin, TX and offer supervision both in person and virtually for associates across Texas.
