Years ago, I was at a training. During the training, there were various ice-breaker questions (which--admittedly, I was not jazzed about). However, someone was asked the question: "If you could currently see something that's invisible, what would you see?" to which they answered "the connections between people". This answer is something I have carried with me ever since and it's something I hold close to my heart.
